We provide a free renovation to your property and pay for any furnishings and dressing. We have been renovating properties in the Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield and St Albans areas for over 15 years and have built up an expert team of local tradesmen who we use for our renovations and also for the on going maintenance.
Because our tenants expect the highest quality and standards we generally need to spend money up-front in order to make the house suitable. There will be no cost to you for any interior upgrade work, decoration or furniture.

We take pride in the fact that we care for your property as if it were our own. We are responsible for day to day maintenance and we hire cleaners to regularly clean the common areas, along with gardeners, as necessary. We use our team of expert local tried and tested tradesmen for all works that need doing and ensure we use only those registered with trades unions and regulators to guarantee quality.
We need to keep your property in the top condition in order to keep our professional tenants happy and keep the local businesses sending us their employees. This means your property is generally kept in better condition than when we received it, especially if it was previously used for students!
