We are not a typical management company or an estate agent so we do not charge you any fees. In fact, we pay you! You get a fixed monthly rent for the lease of your property. This amount is guaranteed whether we have full occupancy or not – so you don’t have to worry about voids. We make our profits from our clients and the tenants.

We treat all of our clients properties like our own. We are local to all of the properties we manage, and we conduct regular inspections. We use weekly or fortnightly cleaners, and we are careful to select only the best tenants. It is in our interests to make sure that your property is well cared for, and we return it to you in the same, or better condition that we receive it.

The contract can be anything from 3 to 5 years

All the non-structural, on-going maintenance is paid for by us.

We pay for all the utilities, including council tax, water, energy and TV
